In-Office Staff

Forrest Palmer, Jr., Interim Executive Presbyter
The Executive Presbyter is the Chief Administrator of the Presbytery and head of staff. Interpreter of Presbytery and Synod missions and resource person to Presbytery committees.
 

Jim Robinson  Acting Stated Clerk and Head of Staff,
Parliamentarian and custodian of Presbytery's records.

 

Lois Coffey, Financial Administrator/Treasurer
Handles all financial matters of Presbytery. Helps develop Presbytery's budget. Notifies churches of their financial commitments to the Presbytery and mission beyond the Presbytery.

 

Craig Butler Transitional Associate for Congregational Ministries

Provides professional staff support to presbytery committees and congregations during the transition time the mission study and restructuring of our staff.

 

Karen Robinson, Resource Center Director
Oversees Presbytery's Resource Center.

 

Claire Butler, Interim Associate Presbyter for Older Adult Ministry and Hunger Action Enabler.  Oversees Cents-Ability program. Assists congregations in addressing hunger needs in their community.  Assists congregations with issues involving older adult ministries.

 

Maureen Wright, Administrative Assistant to the Stated Clerk
Assists Stated Clerk with Committee on Ministry and Preparation for Ministry.  Keeps all Minister information up-to-date with the GA, Synod and Board of Pensions. 

 

Erica Panaro, Administrative Assistant/Bluestone Secretary.
Handles registrations for camps and finances for Bluestone Conference Center.  Assists Financial Administrator, DCE, AP for Older Adult Ministries and Executive Presbyter.  Works closely with Christian Nurture & Worship, Congregational Development Committee, Nominating Committee and Camps, Conferences and Retreat Ministries Committee.

 

Sherri Walker,  Information Services Director. 
Computer Technician for the office.  Web site development and maintenance.  Editor of The Stream. Compiles, prints and updates Presbytery directory.  Prepares reports and materials for Presbytery meetings.  Oversees all office purchases (maintenance, equipment and supplies).  Works closely with the Council and Stewardship of Creation Ministry Team.   
 
 
Out of Office Staff

  

Susan Sharp Campbell, Associate for Educational Ministry

Assists and supports congregations, educators, and pastors in the areas of Christian Education and Youth Ministry, including teacher training, program development and evaluation, officer training.

 

Mark Miller, Bluestone Director 

Oversees the management and maintenance of Bluestone Conference Center.  Serves as host for all groups using the facilities at Bluestone Conference Center.  Recruits, hires and supervises service and maintenance staff.  Lives in residence at the facility throughout the year.

  

 

Special Presbyters for Quadrant Ministries:
Oversee the pastorless church process and assist the churches in providing pastoral care. Shepherd to church professionals and their families. Work with churches in conflict situations.
