             to check schedule availability.

 

     2.     For spring and fall mission teams, please send a deposit of $25/person, to confirm your reservation, to WVMAW, P. O. Box 5,
             Charlton Heights, WV 25040. This deposit is not refundable.  NOTE: Summer mission deposits (June through August) $500 
             non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation.

 

     3.       If you haven’t already, start having mission training with your group. Pick a spiritual theme and teach some basic carpentry skills.

 

     4.     Copy our forms (click here) and ask each member of your group to fill them out. Participants under age 18 must fill out both forms.

     5.     Send completed forms, copies of driver’s licenses (for those driving volunteers) and fee balance to WVMAW, P. O. Box 5, Charlton
             Heights, WV 25040, two months prior to your trip.

 

     6.     After receiving your forms, we will pick a project that suits your group’s skills. Then we will send you a Volunteer Information
             Sheet with directions, phone numbers, a tool list, information about the housing location, and other helpful information.

 

     7.     Arrive in West Virginia, ready to be blessed by the work you do!
