Clerks of Session should have received a letter in December outlining year-end report information, as well as covenant renewal reminders.

The letter included information on covenant renewal for Temporary Supply Pastors, Commissioned Pastors, and Lay Supply Pastors, including annual reports for Commissioned Pastors. The forms are available on the Documents page. Please DO NOT USE FORMS FROM PREVIOUS YEARS as the Committee on Ministry may return it to you to complete on the correct form. If you are unsure about the correct form or need a copy of a covenant, please contact the Presbytery office. The deadline for submitting these forms was Friday, January 7, 2022. Please submit your forms as soon as possible!

Clerks of Session can also find the updated forms for Pastor’s Compensation and the Necrology Report on the Documents page; both reports are due January 26, 2022.

The letter also included information about completing the Statistical Report. You can find answers to Frequently Asked Questions on this Presbyterian Church (USA) website, including where you can find PDFs related to the questions and definitions being asked. The deadline for completing the report is February 17 2022. The Presbytery Office cannot change membership numbers, rather church membership numbers are based on the successful completion of this report. Churches are responsible for completing the annual statistical report. The membership numbers reported to the General Assembly are the basis for each church’s Per Capita Assessment; the membership numbers reported for 2021 are the basis for the 2023 Per Capita Assessment.
