Saturday, September 8, 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. at Village Chapel Presbyterian Church, Charleston
Registration deadline: August 27
Cost: $50 for first person from a church, $25 for each additional person from the same church (but no more than $100 for a church under 100 members or $150 for a church over 100 members)

Tracy Radosevic, an internationally-acclaimed biblical storyteller, educator, and retreat facilitator, will lead this Expanding Your Ministry Toolbox course. It is intended for anyone who shares the biblical story in preaching and teaching, especially CREs, ALPs, Christian educators, pastors, Sunday school teachers, Logos teachers, and youth leaders.

Human beings are hard-wired for storytelling; it’s often how we communicate, and it’s definitely how we understand the world. Most importantly, it’s an extremely effective way to preach and teach, as stories are what’s easiest for most people to remember. In this day-long workshop, the focus will be on:

1) Making the Connection Between God’s Stories and Our Stories

2) The Ins and Outs of Storytelling

3) Curriculum: It’s Only a Bible Away!
