On June 21-23, Elk Hills Presbyterian Church in Charleston will host a 75th Anniversary Celebration, honoring the official charter of the church, which marks 75 years on June 25.
First, at 7 p.m. Friday, gather in the sanctuary to listen to a variety of music on brass instruments, piano and organ; conclude the night by singing some familiar hymns. Then, at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, enjoy a tasty evening with an ice cream social featuring local magician Joey Stepp. Finally, on Sunday morning, join the congregation at 11 a.m. for a worship service, followed by a catered luncheon.
